When you entrust us with project responsibility, we create a plan where we take the ownership, while still working very closely with your business and IT users to ensure they are involved in the process and have strong buy-in into the new systems that we deliver. This significantly improves Change Management and User Adoption for project go-lives. We also ensure that before Tau-Gen completed the project, Knowledge Transfer occurs to your Support Team, via a very structured and robust method, and we do not leave until you are comfortable with supporting what we implemented.
Support and Maintenance
