Finacle

TAU-GEN is seeking a Finacle. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of London, UK or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification :

  • Experience working on Cloud and Digital technologies at bank or fintech companies in the roles of operations or technology
  • Functional & technical knowledge of digital front end solutions as well as back end banking solutions. Capability to seamlessly handling both functional & technical discussions with prospects & clients on digital banking
  • Technologically sound with good breadth of understanding of Banking, Enterprise and Cloud technologies, and reasonable depth in some of those domain and technology areas
  • Exposure to Digital Channels and digital business in retail or banking and financial domain
  • Good understanding of banking industry eco-systems and forums.
  • Experience in pre-sales, client facing roles
  • Experience of solution design, Experience in market leading channel solution
  • Domain knowledge in banking operations (retail, corporate & channels)
  • Good knowledge of banking channels and the drivers of banking channel business
  • Working with various internal & external stakeholders (including senior management) and small inter-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills with experience and ability to connect with senior leaders in banks
  • Leading the overall demonstration strategy for digital solutions. Taking ownership of the implementation from the initial customer engagement to overall implementation closure.
  • Preparing the entire script for demonstrations from a Digital Center of experience perspective. Tailoring demos / workshops / presentations in line with value proposition
  • Need to play a critical role in Design, testing and Training phases of the implementation
  • Guiding geography teams as well as reportees on specific demo focus, helping to make decisions on which version to demo, what solutions and scenarios to demo, what should be additionally customized to bring out the value proposition
  • Deciding on the entire solution landscape for the various geographies and defining the partner solutions which should be part of the solution landscape for digital solutions. Defining the entire solution flow and thus defining the integration points and integration scenarios with partner solutions
  • Analyzing on product gaps coming from RFP and pushing it to happen in the road map
  • To work with geography teams to provide consulting services to understand how prospective and existing banks operate, their challenges and vision to propose effective solutions
  • Develop client value proposition along with win themes. Work closely with product team to influence on the product road map based on demo requirements coming from the various markets
  • Lead and define customization requirements for creating canned demos and specific demos and POCs
  • Engagement with the technical team to make sure technically the environment is absolutely fit for the demo
  • Most importantly engage with the customer in providing consulting on Digital road map for the bank and how our solutions fit into the digital road map.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

London: $ 50000 to $ 60000
